Maintenance Supervisor

Description

Supervise all maintenance department activities, plan and manage operations related to the maintenance department, and ensure compliance with correct procedures and technical standards. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Supervise maintenance team activities; * Monitor corrective and preventive maintenance of systems under the maintenance department’s scope (hydraulic, electrical, civil); * Supervise third-party maintenance companies’ activities; * Identify alternatives for continuous improvement in equipment availability and maintenance costs; * Jointly analyze, with the Maintenance Engineer, the maintenance workflow continuously, proposing adjustments, corrections, and improvements; * Perform other duties pertinent to the role as requested by superiors; * Supervise department administration; * Ensure unit maintenance operations are conducted in perfect condition and in accordance with technical standards; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Technical degree in General Electricity or Electrotechnology; * Training/Specialization course in Electrical Installation; * Valid NR-10 and NR-10 SEP certifications.
