Description
Supervise all maintenance department activities, plan and manage operations related to the maintenance department, and ensure compliance with correct procedures and technical standards.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Supervise maintenance team activities;
* Monitor corrective and preventive maintenance of systems under the maintenance department’s scope (hydraulic, electrical, civil);
* Supervise third-party maintenance companies’ activities;
* Identify alternatives for continuous improvement in equipment availability and maintenance costs;
* Jointly analyze, with the Maintenance Engineer, the maintenance workflow continuously, proposing adjustments, corrections, and improvements;
* Perform other duties pertinent to the role as requested by superiors;
* Supervise department administration;
* Ensure unit maintenance operations are conducted in perfect condition and in accordance with technical standards;
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Completed high school education;
* Technical degree in General Electricity or Electrotechnology;
* Training/Specialization course in Electrical Installation;
* Valid NR-10 and NR-10 SEP certifications.

**The Hospital**
Inaugurated in 2008, the Municipal Hospital of Barueri – Dr. Francisco Moran is the most modern hospital in the region, equipped with high-technology instruments, and serves as a reference center for internal medicine and highly complex surgical cases, including: Anesthesiology (pre-operative), Adult Cardiology, Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, Head and Neck Surgery, Cardiac Surgery, General Surgery, Orthopedic Surgery, Pediatric Surgery, Reconstructive Plastic Surgery, Thoracic Surgery, Vascular Surgery, Gynecological Surgery, Obstetrics (High-Risk Prenatal Care), Dermatology, Adult and Pediatric Endocrinology, Adult and Pediatric Nephrology, Neonatology (Premature Outpatient Clinic), Ophthalmology, Adult and Pediatric Pulmonology, Proctology, Clinical Oncology, Orthopedics and Traumatology, Psychiatry, and Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.
The Municipal Hospital of Barueri “Dr. Francisco Moran” has been managed by the Paulista Association for the Development of Medicine (SPDM) since July 2017, under a management agreement with the Municipality of Barueri’s City Hall.
Since assuming management, SPDM has pursued excellence in public health services. Social responsibility initiatives and commitment to the principles of Brazil’s Unified Health System (SUS) have consistently guided its policies.
