Continuous technical support and team workflow organization An engineering and architecture firm seeks a Civil Engineer in São Paulo. **Responsibilities:** Develop complete structural projects in reinforced concrete and steel structures using BIM tools. Interpret, review, and validate structural, hydraulic, electrical, and architectural projects in a BIM environment. Technically coordinate and integrate structural projects with architecture and other disciplines. Review, verify, and technically validate deliverables produced by team members. Ensure the company-defined technical quality standard and adherence to scheduled deadlines. Provide continuous technical support to the team, clarifying doubts and assisting with daily tasks. Organize and monitor team workflow, guiding and directing efforts toward goal achievement. Maintain direct and constant communication with the partner director regarding progress, technical risks, deadlines, and delivery quality. Previous experience as an Architect, Structural Engineer, Construction Engineer, or Civil Designer may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
