Software Engineer \- Junior Backend (BaaS APIs) **About the Challenge** You’ll learn to build **production-ready B2B APIs**, where real partners depend directly on your deliverables. The environment is demanding—but you’ll be supported by a **highly accessible senior team**, where **structured code reviews, pair programming, and continuous mentoring** are daily practices—not promises. **Summary of Responsibilities:** * Develop **simple features in BaaS APIs**, under direct guidance from the Tech Lead and more experienced developers; * Write **unit tests** and participate in **code reviews**, actively absorbing technical feedback; * Learn the **BaaS domain hands-on**: how account APIs work; concepts of **multi-tenancy** and how B2B partners consume products via API; * Contribute to **technical documentation** and usage examples for APIs; * Participate in **team ceremonies** with genuine commitment to continuous learning and growth. **Technical Requirements:** * Solid software development experience; * Basic knowledge of **.NET (C\#)** or **proven willingness to learn**; * Foundational understanding of **REST APIs**, **JSON**, and **relational databases**; * Genuine curiosity to understand the **business context beyond the technical task**; * Openness to receiving **direct technical feedback** and applying it constructively. **Nice-to-Haves:** * Personal or academic projects involving **REST APIs**; * Prior experience (even academic) with **B2B products** or system integrations; * **Documented technical portfolio** (GitHub, course projects, thesis, etc.). **Additional Information:** * Work model: **100% in-office**; * Location: **Av.
