Developing dynamic and scalable solutions with a focus on performance. **What We Are Looking For:** We seek a Senior Java Developer (L3\) to work on the development and evolution of scalable solutions, focusing on performance, quality, and continuous delivery of value. The candidate will join a multidisciplinary team, actively contributing to the definition of technical solutions and engineering best practices. We are looking for a professional with solid Java development experience, analytical thinking, and the ability to collaborate effectively in dynamic environments, as well as drive continuous improvement within the team. **Responsibilities:** * Analyze, propose, and develop dynamic and scalable solutions; * Work with high-volume data applications, including non-relational data; * Develop, maintain, and document Java applications (Spring Boot); * Build and evolve REST APIs; * Ensure code quality, performance, and development best practices; * Promote continuous improvement of engineering processes and standards; * Collaborate in multidisciplinary teams, fostering communication and collaboration; * Focus on continuous delivery of business value. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Analysis and Development, or related fields; * Solid experience with Java and Spring Boot; * Experience with AWS (Lambda, SNS, SQS, S3, DynamoDB); * Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle); * Experience developing and documenting REST APIs; * Experience with Message Brokers (RabbitMQ, IBM MQ, SQS, etc.); • Knowledge of Design Patterns; • Knowledge of high-performance applications (parallelism and multithreading). **Desirable / Differentiating Skills:** * Knowledge of Redis; • Experience with SCRUM; • Knowledge of Kubernetes; * Experience with NoSQL databases; * Knowledge of Quarkus; * Experience with monitoring and metrics generation (Grafana).
