Cost and Expense Control: Monitor expenditures, identify variances, and propose corrective actions. Business Plan (BP): Develop and monitor BPs for investment projects (Capex). Business Performance Analysis: Evaluate variances between actual vs. budgeted results, explain key drivers, and assess short- and medium-term impacts on outcomes. Management Reporting: Prepare reports and presentations for executive leadership. Decision-Making Support: Provide insights to reduce costs and optimize resources. Experience in Matrix Expense Management (PET) Develop efficiency indicators (KPIs). Automate processes to reduce rework. **EXPERIENCE** Strong knowledge of managerial accounting, costing, and financial statement analysis (P\&L). Data Analysis: Ability to work with large volumes of data to conduct studies and analyses. Financial Modeling: Development of metrics for projections, scenarios, and simulations. Communication: Clear presentation of results to non-financial areas. Knowledge of costing methodologies, including Activity-Based Costing (ABC), Absorption, among others. Experience with financial planning systems/tools, focused on Costs and Expenses. **Requirements and Qualifications** Desirable knowledge of statistics. Minimum 5 years of experience in the field. Experience in banks and finance companies will be considered a differentiator.
