Main Responsibilities: * Monitor and analyze store and sales team performance indicators. * Prepare reports and data analyses using Excel and BI tools. * Monitor commercial department operational routines, ensuring information organization. * Support customer database management and updates. * Monitor store inventory levels, supporting restocking and inter-unit product transfers. * Assist with wholesale order-related commercial requests and processes. * Contribute to process improvements and organizational enhancement of departmental routines. Requirements: * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Power BI knowledge is desirable. * Analytical, organized profile with attention to detail. * Strong communication skills and comfort working with data.
