We are seeking an **AI Analyst (Artificial Intelligence)** to join the company’s AI agenda, with the challenge of enabling and implementing AI use cases focused on value generation. This position will be responsible for **hands-on involvement in building, developing, and evolving AI-based solutions**, ensuring technical quality, scalability, and alignment with business needs. We seek a professional with strong analytical capability, technical expertise, and business acumen to transform opportunities into concrete data- and AI-driven solutions. **Responsibilities and attributions** **RESPONSIBILITIES AND ATTRIBUTIONS** **Your day-to-day will include:** * Develop and implement **AI, Machine Learning, and GenAI models** applied to the company’s key use cases. * Support the construction and evolution of **end-to-end AI use cases** (from data exploration to production deployment). * Translate business problems into **analytical solutions and predictive models.** * Work on **data preparation, processing, and engineering** for use in AI models. * Support model implementation and monitoring in production, ensuring **performance and stability.** * Collaborate with technology and data teams to integrate solutions into **production and scalable environments.** * Document models, processes, and technical decisions, ensuring **traceability and governance.** * Support the evolution of **AI development best practices**, including MLOps, versioning, and monitoring. * Contribute to identifying **new AI application opportunities** across business areas. * Support the team in **prioritizing initiatives**, based on technical feasibility and impact. * Stay updated on **new AI techniques, tools, and trends.** **Requirements and qualifications** **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS** **Basic requirements include:** * Completed undergraduate degree (Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, or related fields) * Practical experience developing **Machine Learning and/or AI models** * Proficiency in languages such as **Python, SQL, and ML libraries (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.)** * Experience with **data processing and analysis** * Knowledge of **GenAI, LLMs, and practical applications** * Experience with **cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP)** * Knowledge of **model deployment (MLOps)** * Ability to translate business problems into technical solutions * Intermediate/advanced English **Preferred qualifications:** * Experience with **GenAI frameworks (LangChain, OpenAI, etc.)** * Knowledge of **data architecture and pipelines** * Experience in **large-scale AI projects** * Background in the **insurance or financial services sector** * Postgraduate degree or specialization in related fields **Expected soft skills:** * Analytical and structured thinking * Proactivity and autonomy * Ability to solve complex problems * Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams * Clear communication with both technical and non-technical audiences * Intellectual curiosity and continuous learning * Organization and attention to detail * Results orientation **Additional information** **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** At the **HDI Group**, our daily schedule offers flexible hours; we promote health and quality of life through medical and dental assistance, Wellhub (Gympass), and other benefits such as transportation allowance or shuttle service, meal vouchers, food vouchers, private pension plan, profit-sharing program (PLR), birthday day off, discounts on HDI Group products, childcare or nursery allowance, life insurance, and much more!!
