Opportunity to accompany field activities ### **Job Summary** We are seeking a **Civil Engineering Assistant** to support site routines, assisting engineers and site supervisors in production control, planning, cost management, and material requisition; the role plays a fundamental part in monitoring field activities, ensuring organization, timely delivery, cost control, and support for construction project management. ### **Responsibilities** * Support engineers and site supervisors in production control and activity execution; * Assist in short-term planning and monitoring of the construction schedule; * Support material and supply requisition, control, and receipt; * Assist in cost control, measurement, and spreadsheet entries; * Monitor measurements of services performed by third parties and subcontractors; * Assist in inventory, contract, and construction documentation control; * Support organization of cost, schedule, and production information; * Accompany field activities, ensuring alignment with design documents and quality standards. ### **Education** * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (enrolled or completed); * Minimum 6 months of experience in construction sites or similar roles (preferred); ### **Requirements and Competencies** * Basic knowledge of drawing interpretation, construction planning, and control; * Proficiency in Excel and administrative controls is considered a plus; * Organizational skills and attention to detail; * Strong communication and teamwork abilities; * Analytical mindset and sense of responsibility; * Proactivity and willingness to learn; * Ability to handle operational routines and on-site environments. ### **Benefits \| CLT** * Nationwide health insurance plan * Nationwide dental insurance plan * Meal allowance * Food allowance * Profit-sharing program (PLR) * Merit-based recognition program * Fuel allowance or transportation voucher ### **Diversity \& Inclusion** We value diversity and encourage applications from **People with Disabilities (PCD).**
