




Job Summary: BIM modeling professional for infrastructure, responsible for creating and maintaining 3D/2D models, ensuring compliance with standards, supporting quality control, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams. Use of Advanced BIM Software Execution of BIM modeling for infrastructure elements (earthworks, pavement, drainage, sanitation, tunnels) Adherence to naming conventions, coding standards, and model/file organization, ensuring compliance with the Common Data Environment (CDE) and contractual requirements; Production of derived 3D and 2D models, such as plans, sections, profiles, quantity tables, and automated reports; Supporting internal model quality control by performing self-assessments and consistency checks (geometric and informational) prior to submission to the BIM coordinator/specialist; Updating models according to design revisions, scope changes, or feedback from coordination; Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams by providing compatible and up-to-date models for integration into federated projects; Assisting in 4D/5D simulations by supplying accurate quantity data and linked information for planning and budgeting; Applying attribute and property information to modeled elements, per BIM usage requirements (maintenance, operations, cost estimation, inspection, etc.); Reporting inconsistencies identified during modeling (constructability issues, clashes, design discrepancies) to the BIM coordinator/specialist. Education: Civil Engineering; Architecture; or Technical Degree in Construction and/or Surveying; DESIRABLE: Postgraduate degree in BIM; Experience in 3D modeling in at least one of the following sectors: infrastructure (highways, railways, drainage, sanitation); Experience in geometric modeling for basic and execution-level projects; Proficiency in major BIM software, specifically for infrastructure: Autodesk Civil 3D, InfraWorks, and Navisworks; Ability to follow modeling standards, technical norms, and protocols defined in the BIM Execution Plan (BEP). Familiarity with Power BI or advanced Excel for automated reporting on quantities and modeling status; Technical English for reading software manuals and documentation.
