Job Summary: The Logistics Supervisor will be responsible for the entire post-sales flow, ensuring customer satisfaction, tracking orders, coordinating deliveries and installations, and proposing improvements in the area. Track orders and keep customers informed regarding inquiries and updates. Update the Management System. Schedule order delivery and installation with the customer. Manage and monitor installations digitally via photos and messaging apps. Generate Technical Assistance Requests and close installer payment commissions. Resolve, delegate, and hold the team accountable for solving customer issues or conflicts. Propose and coordinate logistics-area improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs for the department, and enhance customer satisfaction.
