Job Summary: Assist in controlling, organizing, and moving materials in inventory, ensuring correct receipt and dispatch of goods and supporting supply routines. Key Highlights: 1. Previous experience in inventory, warehouse, or logistics. 2. Basic knowledge of invoice receipt and issuance. 3. Organization, attention to detail, and responsibility. **Job Objective** Assist in controlling, organizing, and moving materials in inventory, ensuring correct receipt and dispatch of goods, verifying invoices, and supporting supply routines, thereby safeguarding product integrity and ensuring adequate company replenishment. **Main Responsibilities** * Receive, verify, and store products and materials in inventory. * Verify incoming invoices, checking quantities, descriptions, and values. * Record goods receipts and dispatches in the system. * Pick and make materials available according to internal requisitions. * Monitor inventory levels and report replenishment needs. * Support the procurement/supply department in tracking purchase orders. * Organize inventory to ensure accurate item identification and easy location. * Assist in conducting periodic inventory counts. * Issue or assist in issuing outgoing invoices when required. * Maintain department organization and cleanliness. **Requirements** * Completed high school education. * Previous experience in inventory, warehouse, or logistics. * Basic knowledge of invoice receipt and issuance. * Familiarity with supply control. * Computer skills (basic/intermediate Excel). * Organization, attention to detail, and responsibility. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with management systems (ERP). * Experience in procurement or supply routines. * Driver's license category B **Benefits:** \- Meal allowance \- Transportation allowance (no payroll deduction) \- Wellhub Employment type: Full-time Working hours: * Monday to Friday\-friday Additional compensation: * 13th salary Employment type: Full-time, CLT permanent position Compensation: R$2\.200,00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Selection question(s): * Do you hold a driver's license category B?
