For this reason, we pay close attention to welcoming professionals with the widest range of backgrounds and characteristics. **What will be your role?** Conduct requirement gathering for new developments with business areas; * Study the programming language most suitable for the platform; * Define methodologies to be applied during development; * Establish platform validation criteria; * Develop and implement features. * Fix bugs and perform adjustments according to specifications. * Participate in software testing and validation. * Document code and development processes. * Collaborate with the team to understand requirements and propose solutions. * Learn and apply good programming and security practices. * Carry out development in accordance with the institution’s IT standards. * Business analysis knowledge for alignment meetings related to development.
