Control and organization of custody of post-dated checks. * **LOCATION** ------------ Rua Raimundo Ferreira da Silva, 330, Divinópolis, Minas Gerais, Brazil * ### **CAREER AREA** Field Operations * ### **JOB TYPE** Full time * **JOB ID** ---------- \#R65174 Assist in opening cash bags, verifying the cash-in-transit guide (GTG) against their contents; maintain organization and cleanliness of one's work area; perform preliminary cleaning of sensors on the cash processing machine to be used; register receipt and internal transfer of GTGs in an information system; verify funds (banknotes, checks, coins, vouchers) using a counting machine, with individual login and password; identify and separate unfit banknotes for custody and inform the cash assistant if necessary; record denomination-based compositions and discrepancies found in an information system for each verified GTG; band cash, forming hundreds for returning funds to custody; assist or perform bundling into thousands, grouping ten hundreds of the same denomination; assist the cash assistant—or, when necessary, perform independently—the daily closing of custody, accounting closure with the client, and closing and dispatching shipments according to the route schedule; sort and place cash bags onto cash-in-transit trolleys as specified by the route schedule in the system; assist in receiving cash bags in the vault, verifying bag integrity and GTG data; sort and verify customer safe keys upon departure from and arrival at route base locations, ensuring all keys are delivered; organize custody of post-dated checks, controlling inflows and outflows and being accountable for the custody balance; directly receive funds from customers at branches equipped with drive-thru facilities; enter GTGs into the internal control system for custody reconciliation and billing generation; control and store fiscal GTGs in numerical order; report any irregularities in GTG control to the cash assistant; safeguard company assets, maintain organization and cleanliness in one’s work area and also in shared common areas.
