An automotive industry company is seeking a Senior Process Analyst in Itu. With a strong global presence, the company stands out for innovation and quality in its products. **Responsibilities:** Develop, review, and keep up to date technical documents such as PFMEA, process flowcharts, layouts, work instructions, checklists, and process parameters. Conduct and approve chronometric analysis studies, implementing improvements based on obtained results. Lead the development and analysis of YAMAZUMI charts aimed at optimizing workflow. Perform CPK analyses and drive continuous improvement of process capability. Support team training and organization for the implementation of process improvement projects. Address complex problems using methodologies such as 5 Whys and Ishikawa Diagrams. Map, analyze, standardize, and optimize the company’s internal processes.
