Opportunity for professional development and contribution of new ideas. **Job Description** Perform on-site technical support, including diagnostics, repair, component replacement, and product preservation for equipment operated by the company within your assigned area, utilizing the knowledge, systems, and tools provided by the organization, with the objective of prompt service restoration and achievement of required service levels. **Responsibilities and Duties:** Tactical/Operational: Execute assigned service calls generated by ticket management systems and the back-office team, using company-provided knowledge and tools to restore service during the first visit and prevent recurrence, thereby ensuring quality and meeting agreed-upon service levels. Technical Diagnosis and Component Replacement: Identify root causes of failures using technical knowledge and company-provided tools; replace necessary components to restore service promptly and meet customer needs. Service Activation: Participate in the activation process for new services by inspecting installation quality, enabling equipment, performing tests, and taking actions to ensure proper operation of the product, infrastructure, and other devices at the site. Maintenance: After service activation, perform maintenance, preservation, and repair of associated equipment and infrastructure through diagnostics, defect removal, replenishment of consumables, and replacement of wear parts. Conduct tests to verify correct operation of maintained elements. Repair or replace internal and external vault components exhibiting equipment failure, identified via technical expertise. Inspection, Preservation, and Cleaning: Inspect, clean, and maintain equipment and other devices at the site in good condition. Report requirements for repainting, component replacement, signage, and other elements whose maintenance cannot be performed directly. Installation and Testing of Security Devices: Perform periodic and functional tests on security devices integrated into the product. When required, install new security devices per specific instructions from the competent department. Handling of Consumables and Components: As needed, request consumables and components from inventory; ensure their packaging and integrity; perform required replacements; return damaged components to inventory; guarantee accurate recording of receipt and return conditions. Activity Recording: Record entry and exit times as well as all activities performed throughout the workday. Continuous Improvement: Contribute suggestions and ideas to improve processes and equipment comprising the company's service portfolio, and identify potential business opportunities within your operational area. Asset Stewardship: Safeguard company assets assigned to you, ensuring appropriate preservation and maintenance. Report to responsible departments any incidents that may result in loss or damage to these assets. Supervise third-party service execution, safeguarding assets and ensuring activity effectiveness and appropriateness. Training and Meetings: Attend training sessions and capacity-building activities provided by the company. Participate in team meetings. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Education: Completed Technical Degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Electrotechnics, Mechatronics, or equivalent fields. * Training/Certifications: Desired experience in field-based technical maintenance services; Class B driver's license is mandatory. * Knowledge: Test instruments, ticket management systems, computer networks. * Competencies: Promptness, autonomy, initiative, resilience, analytical ability, and interpersonal skills.
