Job Summary: This Learning Assistant will ensure employee training and training logistics, support the regional team, and mentor new members. Key Highlights: 1. We are seeking a **Learning Assistant** to join our **People team** in **Piracicaba/SP.** **Responsibilities and Duties** **YOUR TYPICAL DAY:** * Ensure employee training by supporting learning experiences and maintaining legally required documentation; * Manage logistics and records for training sessions at low- and medium-complexity units (by volume), ensuring legal evidence integrity; * Provide support to your assigned regional team for any needs, collaborating with other regions as required; * Mentor newly hired or transferred Learning Assistants joining the area. **Requirements and Qualifications** **WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:** * Bachelor’s degree in progress or completed (preferred); * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook); * Prior experience organizing and managing training programs (preferred); * Previous experience with Power BI is a plus; * Brazilian National Driver’s License (CNH) with minimum category B; * Mobility to travel to Elias Fausto/SP and Rafard/SP; * Willingness to reside in Piracicaba/SP. **Additional Information** **SELECTION PROCESS STEPS:** Our process includes three main stages (additional steps may apply, and you’ll be informed if you advance): * Application \- completion of this form and any additional data, if required. * HR Interview \- an informal conversation to get to know each other. * Leadership Interview \- a more technical discussion about daily responsibilities and challenges.
