Job Summary: A professional responsible for planning, executing, and coordinating complex installations, maintenance, and expansions of electronic security, telecommunications, and automation systems. Configuration, programming, and testing of advanced systems Main Responsibilities ● Plan and execute installations, maintenance, and expansions of medium- and high-complexity electronic security, telecommunications, and automation systems, ensuring compliance with project specifications, technical standards, and company guidelines. ● Provide technical coordination of field activities, guiding Installation Technicians I during service execution, without hierarchical management authority. ● Perform cable pulling, organization, identification, and securing (UTP, coaxial, electrical, and other applicable cables), ensuring infrastructure performance, safety, and organization. ● Configure, program, integrate, and test advanced systems (IP CCTV, NVR/DVR, access control, alarms, networks, and software), conducting comprehensive functionality and stability tests. ● Diagnose and resolve complex technical failures, proposing technical adjustments and improvements when necessary. ● Monitor the execution of critical or strategic projects, acting as the technical focal point for coordination and clients. ● Deliver comprehensive technical training to end customers and instruct operators on proper use of installed systems. ● Prepare detailed technical reports documenting interventions, adjustments performed, non-conformities, and technical recommendations. ● Support technical coordination in standardizing procedures, best practices, and continuous service improvement. ● Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, materials, and PPE, guaranteeing safety and quality of executed tasks.
