Job Summary: A professional responsible for developing and monitoring budgets, tracking variances, preparing expense reports and analyses, and ensuring correct cost allocation. Key Highlights: 1. Support departments and leadership with expense analyses Description of Main Responsibilities: Develop and monitor the budget (budget and forecast); Track budget variances and deviations; Prepare monthly reports for inclusion in dashboards and analytical reports; Participate in budgeting (budget and forecast) activities in partnership with various departments, including detailed reporting, KPIs, and expense tracking; Support departments and leadership by providing expense analyses per Chart of Accounts and Cost Centers; Analyze cost allocation processes across Cost Centers by verifying potential distortions and proposing adjustments and improvements; Ensure correct allocation of expenses to accounting accounts and cost centers through expense monitoring. Requirements: Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Accounting, or related fields. Prior experience in Controller, Finance, or related roles. Knowledge of Totvs/Protheus systems (PCO module is a plus). BI tools knowledge (Power BI, Metabase, Qlik) is desirable. Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office suite proficiency.
