Job Summary: We are seeking a hands-on IT Manager to lead the technology department at an educational institution, responsible for management, operations, and support. Key Highlights: 1. Technological support for the academic and administrative community IT Manager – Educational Institution We are looking for an IT Manager to join an educational institution undergoing structural development and growth in its technology department. We seek a hands-on professional capable of performing both managerial and operational duties, ensuring smooth operation of systems, infrastructure, and user support. Key Responsibilities: * IT department management and technical user support (help desk) * Administration of network infrastructure, servers, internet, and internal systems * Support for academic and administrative systems * Development and maintenance of systems and reports (programming) * Management of technology vendors and contracts * Implementation of improvements and new systems * Ensuring information security and backups * Management of support team (where applicable) * Technological support for faculty, students, and administrative staff * Process structuring and documentation of the IT department Requirements: * Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields * Prior experience as an IT manager/responsible party * Knowledge of infrastructure, networks, servers, and user support * Knowledge of programming and databases * Experience with help desk and technical support * Organized, proactive profile with strong communication skills * Ability to operate strategically and operationally Compensation: R$8.000,00 - R$10.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Selection Question(s): * How many years of IT management experience do you have?
