Cross-functional interface and strategic vision **Controller Manager** **Position Objective** Responsible for the strategic management of the controller function, ensuring the integrity of financial information, compliance with accounting and regulatory standards, risk management, support for decision-making, and strengthening of the organization's internal controls. **Key Responsibilities** * Implement and enhance **controller and financial management systems** * Ensure the effectiveness of **internal controls** and support internal and external audits * Manage **corporate risk and compliance** * Supervise accounting, tax, and financial processes * Ensure compliance with accounting standards (**IFRS, GAAP, etc.**) * Manage and develop the controller team * Prepare and analyze **financial and management reports** * Lead process and system improvement projects * Interface with other departments to ensure effective communication between operational and strategic levels **Technical Requirements** * Solid experience in **controller, accounting, or related fields** * Experience in **implementing controller and financial management systems** * Experience with **internal and external audits** * Knowledge of **risk management and compliance** * Proficiency in **accounting, finance, and controller functions** * Experience with **ERP systems (TOTVS, SAP, Oracle or similar)** * Knowledge of **information technologies applied to management** * Knowledge of **data analysis and financial reporting** * Knowledge of **tax and labor legislation** **Education** * Completed undergraduate degree in: * **Accounting Sciences, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields** **Behavioral Competencies** * Leadership and team management * Clear communication with different organizational levels * Strategic vision * Analytical ability and capacity to resolve complex problems * Project planning and implementation * Negotiation and conflict management skills **Differentiators** * Certifications in accounting or controller fields: * CRC * CFC * Other relevant technical certifications Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 08:00 to 18:00; Friday until 17:00\.
