Communication with patients and departments A medical laboratory is seeking a Receptionist in Itupeva (Downtown). Quantum Diagnóstico is a company specializing in diagnostic imaging and clinical laboratory services. We provide state-of-the-art technology and qualified professionals to ensure accuracy and timeliness of results. **Responsibilities:** Receive patients for laboratory and imaging tests; request medical orders and personal identification documents; confirm patient preparation compliance; create system registrations; request health insurance authorizations; and release patients for sample collection and examinations. Provide patients with information regarding fees for private examinations, instructions on preparation requirements, and guidance regarding cancellations or delays—ensuring excellent service and safeguarding the company’s reputation. Receive and direct incoming calls, messages, and visitors to the respective departments as requested by clients. Previous experience as a Hotel Receptionist, Reception Assistant, Secretary, or Customer Service Representative may indicate suitability for some duties of this position. High school diploma required.
