Administrative Assistant (Warehouse)

Description

Support warehouse routines, including: * Receiving and inspecting materials of various types (maintenance items, supplies, PPE, and others) purchased for stock; * Storing materials according to organization, safety, and proper identification criteria; * Fulfilling internal requests by picking and delivering materials upon requisition; * Recording material receipts and issues in the system or spreadsheets; * Monitoring stock levels and initiating purchase requests for replenishment based on established criteria; * Tracking and flagging materials at risk of obsolescence; * Cleaning and organizing the warehouse environment; * Conducting periodic inventories; Requirements: * Familiarity with warehouse routines or similar experience is desirable; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel); * Proactivity, empathy, and collaborative spirit; * Organizational skills; * Strong communication skills; * Experience in data entry and/or information input into systems is desirable.
