Job Summary: A professional responsible for preparing, operating, and maintaining drilling, milling, and CNC machines to ensure part conformity and quality. Key Highlights: 1. Operating drilling, milling, and CNC machines 2. Ensuring quality and compliance of parts 3. Preventive maintenance of equipment * • Preparation and Operation: Prepare drilling, milling, and CNC machines (calibration, cleaning) at the start of each shift; adjust speed and configure parameters; load semi-automatic machines with raw materials; finish and engrave parts as required. Inspect produced parts using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers) to ensure compliance with technical specifications. Perform cleaning, lubrication, and systematic inspections to prevent breakdowns and ensure equipment longevity. Complete production reports, monitor manufacturing progress, and record technical incidents.: Maintain individual and collective safety by using PPE and adhering to technical standards. High school diploma required (preferred).
