Responsibilities and Duties * Tax ledger entries: recording of tax documents; * Verification of duplicate documents and tax discrepancies; * Issuance of Tax Invoices; * Accounting and reconciliation of accounting entries related to revenue and costs; * Control of physical and digital files (e.g., Arquivei); * Periodic updating of documents (advance payments, CC BASE, non-contributor DIFAL); * GAP analysis monitoring (CTES) and linkage monitoring; * Reconciliation of document issuance between system and municipal authorities; * Organization of tax files; * Participation in SSMAQ processes and activities assigned to or associated with this position; - Support for assistants, analysts, and department coordination; - Support in issuing payment slips; * Participation in training sessions related to tax updates; - Monitoring tax routines to understand compliance with obligations toward the Federal Government, States, and Municipalities; - Support for tax closing; * Support during inspections; * Support during internal and external audits; * Support in system parameter updates and monitoring. Requirements and Qualifications . Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program in Accounting Sciences, Administration, or related fields; .
