**Financial Assistant** We are seeking an organized, analytical, and committed professional to work as a **Financial Assistant**, supporting the financial analyst and contributing to the smooth operation of the company's financial routines. **Main responsibilities:** * Manage accounts payable and receivable; * Perform bank reconciliations and statement verifications; * Monitor and forecast cash flow; * Assist in preparing financial reports and key performance indicators; * Support month-end and year-end accounting and tax closing with external accounting firms; * Participate in the preparation of the annual budget and periodic reviews; * Monitor financial contracts, financing arrangements, and investments; * Address financial requests from senior management and audits; * Collaborate with other departments across the company. **Requirements:** * Completed or currently pursuing a technical or undergraduate degree in finance, administration, or related fields; * Minimum of 6 months of experience in this role or in the finance area; * Knowledge of accounts payable and receivable; * Basic understanding of accounting and tax matters; * Familiarity with bank reconciliation and cash flow management; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office is a plus. **Desired competencies:** * Organization and planning; * Attention to detail; * Proactivity; * Adaptability; * Responsibility and ethics; * Collaboration and teamwork; * Initiative. **We offer:** * CLT employment contract; * Transportation allowance; * On-site meals; * Life insurance; * Medical and dental plans; * Birthday day off (when falling on a business day); * Professional growth opportunities. **Location:** Campinas – SP **Working hours:** Monday to Thursday: 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM Friday: 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM **How to apply:** Send your resume and join our team!
