Job Summary: SHE responsibilities focused on promoting safety, quality, and compliance through inspections, monitoring, and training. Key Highlights: 1. Promote and encourage SHE attitudes and activities 2. Participate in planned inspections of your area 3. Ensure SHE knowledge for new employees VI - SHE Roles and Responsibilities 1. Understand and accept your SHE responsibility as part of your function/position 2. Treat SHE as a value, giving it the same status as production, quality, cost, and employee relations 3. Set a good example by complying with standards and procedures, and also promote and encourage SHE attitudes and activities 4. Know and analyze area SHE performance indicators 5. Keep leadership informed about progress toward achieving SHE goals, objectives, and challenges encountered 6. Participate in planned inspections of your area 7. Prepare Safety FIPs 8. Participate in SHE forums whenever summoned 9. Monitor resolution of green labels in your area through the Management System 10. Ensure SHE is prioritized in discussion forums within the factory’s governance system 11. Report deviations, incidents, and learnings by raising labels, Guardian Angel observations, and FIPs 12. Maintain a clean and safe workplace according to 5S standards 13. Assess how to perform a task safely before starting it (OPA) 14. Participate in DDS and safety forums 15. Know and follow emergency procedures and procedures applicable in case of accidents/incidents 16. Know and correctly complete operational checklists for your area 17. Know and comply with the SHE policy, fundamental and general standards 18.
