Job Summary: Welder to perform welding activities in the fabrication, assembly, and maintenance of metal structures and equipment, ensuring quality, safety, and productivity. Key Highlights: 1. Work in the fabrication, assembly, and maintenance of metal structures 2. Perform welding using MIG, MAG, and/or Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW) processes 3. Work with reading and interpretation of technical drawings **Welder** to perform welding activities in the fabrication, assembly, and maintenance of metal structures and equipment, in accordance with technical specifications, ensuring quality, safety, and productivity. **Responsibilities:** * Perform welding using MIG, MAG, and/or Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW) processes as required; * Read and interpret technical drawings and welding procedures; * Prepare parts for welding (cleaning, beveling, and alignment); * Perform weld finishing and visual inspection; * Comply with safety, quality, and environmental standards; * Correctly use PPE and maintain an organized workplace. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Completed vocational training program in Welding; * Proven experience as a Welder; * Knowledge of reading and interpreting technical drawings; * Proficiency in using welding equipment and tools. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Welder certification; * Experience in an industrial environment.
