




Job Summary: Performs general cleaning and maintenance tasks, including furniture removal, separation of recyclables, and restocking items, in compliance with biosafety standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. General cleaning and maintenance of facilities and equipment. 2. Organization and control of cleaning supplies. 3. Kitchen duties and reporting maintenance requirements. Perform general cleaning and maintenance tasks both inside and outside the Unit, using appropriate materials, tools, and predefined routines; Assist in the removal of furniture and equipment; Separate recyclable materials for disposal (glassware, paper, food waste); Restock restrooms with toilet paper, towels, and liquid soap; Monitor inventory levels and request supplies as needed; Perform duties in accordance with biosafety and/or occupational safety standards and procedures; Maintain an organized cleaning supply storage area; Clean and maintain utensils, furniture, and equipment to ensure they remain in usable condition; Perform kitchen duties (heating water and milk, washing dishes, cleaning tables and chairs, drying and storing dishes, brewing coffee, washing coffee carafes, organizing the area, etc.); Notify department leadership of maintenance or repair needs for machinery, electrical systems, and plumbing systems; Clean equipment, facilities, and utensils whenever necessary; Inform customers when cleaning the store floor by using the designated “Caution: Wet Floor” sign with stand; Use only cleaning materials approved and authorized by the company; Attend meetings and training sessions scheduled by department leadership and management; Train, instruct, and brief new employees on company activities and regulations. **Salary:** 2\.10,00 \+ hazard pay **Minimum Education:** Elementary School (1st level)
