Performs documentation and registration control in systems Logistics Assistant \- Dourados/MS **Date:** Apr 27, 2026 **Location:** Dourados, MS, BR, 79804\-970 **Company:** Bunge **City :** DOURADOS**State :** Mato Grosso do Sul (BR\-MS)**Country :** Brazil (BR)**Job ID :** 45230 **Responsibilities and Activities**: * Support activities related to product warehousing, distribution, and transportation flows, contributing to operational efficiency and meeting departmental demands. * Support product dispatch to carriers based on the established schedule. * Participate in loading and shipping activities, adhering to delivery deadlines agreed upon with customers and following the daily shipping schedule. * Collect data and support preparation of documentation required for product pickup or delivery, complying with shipping, loading, packaging, and product identification procedures as per applicable requirements, fiscal regulations, and other related standards. * Control documentation required for export product shipments by verifying documents with agents/representatives/suppliers, aiming to ensure customs clearance. * Record transactions related to material and service receipts and deliveries in the company's system. * Perform various registrations and queries in the department’s operational systems. * Maintain the registration of independent drivers and transporters, collecting driver and vehicle documentation, verifying validity of documents required under internal regulations, to comply with pre-established company procedures. * Support issuance of loading orders, contracting of drivers and transporters, and issuance of transport documents. * Support creation of transport documents, toll route registration, as well as distance and route adjustments. * Provide telephone support to drivers and other departments interfacing with Logistics. * Support Analysts’ requests by performing preliminary analyses, engaging throughout the process, and contributing to faster resolution of departmental demands. * Assist in completing spreadsheets and existing controls. **Requirements:** * High school diploma (mandatory). * Preferred: Undergraduate studies in Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields (in progress or completed). * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel and Word). * SAP system knowledge is considered a plus. * Prior experience in logistics is considered a plus. * Flexibility in working hours, especially during harvest seasons; **Also see our benefits:** * Medical and dental assistance; * + Meal allowance (on-site cafeteria or meal voucher); * Private pension plan (BungePrev, with company contribution); * Life insurance; * + Transportation allowance (transport voucher, parking, or shuttle service); * Pharmacy benefit; * Childcare allowance (for female employees with children up to 5 years and 11 months); * Variable compensation; * “Count on Us” Program \- Personal guidance and support program for employees and dependents, delivered by specialized professionals to assist with psychological, social, or emotional matters; * Partnerships with TotalPass (gyms), Clube MMB (individual insurance), Dell, universities, and language schools; * Annual incentives such as toys and Christmas baskets. * Benefits may vary depending on job location. **Work Location:** Dourados/MS **Work Model:** 100% on-site At Bunge, our mission is to connect farmers to consumers to deliver essential food, animal nutrition ingredients, and fuel to the world.
