




Job Summary: Proxxima is seeking a dynamic professional with experience in telesales to coordinate remote sales performance, ensuring standardization and continuous improvement of commercial processes. If you are passionate about technology, enjoy teamwork, value people, are dynamic, and committed to continuous improvement, join our team. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Ensure proper functioning of the quality management system; * Coordinate the performance of remote sales processes linked to stores, ensuring adherence to defined workflows, targets, and metrics; * Manage and monitor the commercial process, overseeing it end-to-end (prospecting, negotiation, follow-up, activation, and initial after-sales); * Monitor sales metrics, conversion rates, productivity, loss rate, and process quality, proposing adjustments and continuous improvements; * Interface with store teams, guiding them on best practices, standardized approaches, and correct use of remote sales workflows; * Track issues arising from reputation platforms, identifying impacts on the commercial process and proposing structural corrections; * Develop, review, and implement processes, operational workflows, and monitoring routines related to store-based remote sales; * Ensure standardization of remote sales processes, even without direct management of execution teams; * Collaborate closely with Customer Service, Customer Experience, and Quality departments to ensure alignment between sales, reputation, and customer experience; * Prepare performance analyses and reports, presenting risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities to leadership; * Support the creation and implementation of commercial campaigns from the perspectives of feasibility, process, and performance control; * Distribute and prioritize team tasks, ensuring operational balance, productivity, and deadline compliance; * Identify team training needs and collaborate with responsible departments to develop technical and behavioral competencies; * Guide the team in correctly executing their activities; * Perform other duties related to the position as determined by the supervisor; * Understand and comply with the Quality Policy guidelines; * Understand and comply with regulatory procedures applicable to your activity and department; Organization of individual or shared work environment. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Process Management, Human Resource Management, or related fields. * Experience in telesales (leadership role). * Driver’s License Category B **Desirable Requirements:** * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Teamwork ability; * Communicative profile; * Dynamic profile; * Courses related to the field; * Experience in customer journey analysis; * Experience in developing, analyzing, and improving processes; * Experience with reputation platforms, remote sales, and digital performance metric analysis; * Advanced Excel **Additional Information** **Area of Operation:** Commercial **Work Schedule:** 44 hours per week, **Monday to Friday** **Employment Type:** CLT – **On-site** **Benefits that Make a Difference for You!** Transportation Allowance Meal Voucher Health Insurance (60% covered) SulAmérica Dental Plan Optum – Health and Well-being Life Insurance Partnerships with educational institutions Access to SESI (all regional units) Access to SESC (Garanhuns – PE) #SOMOSPROXXIMA Since 2021, our mission has been to **bring people closer to their desires**, delivering innovative solutions that improve lives and generate value for society.
