RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES * Overall responsibility for the functioning of all restaurant departments: cashier, grill station, customer service, kitchen, inventory, and third-party service providers; * Coordinate and train the team; * Manage procurement, inventory, quality, and cost control of supplies and merchandise; * Resolve issues and conflicts with internal staff and external customers; * Monitor work schedules; * Set sales targets; * Monitor and ensure implementation of established processes; * Conduct training across all dining area divisions, understanding each team member’s potential and the level of customer service required; * Track performance indicators and attend meetings as needed. REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS Completed high school education. A bachelor’s degree or ongoing studies in Administration or related fields is preferred; Minimum 6 months’ experience in the food service industry is preferred; Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel); Preferred: Experience supervising people and processes; Ability to give and receive feedback; Analytical thinking and adaptability. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION WORK LOCATION: Platinão Gas Station — BR-163 Highway, Km 459, Campo Grande — MS; WORK SCHEDULE: Flexible shift schedule; SALARY AND BENEFITS: Salary: R$ 1\.890,00 \+ R$ 756,00 (Position Trust Allowance) \= R$ 2\.646,00 Meal card: R$ 482,00; Sales-based bonus; UNIMED Health Plan; Fuel allowance; Life insurance.
