Will you join us? **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform blood collection from patients and installation of blood components; * Monitor and carry out the entire transfusion process; * Provide guidance and care for transfusion reactions; * Monitor transfusions by receiving service requests, evaluating criteria for request acceptance, preparing transfusions (immunohematological testing), and releasing blood components; Participate in all routine activities related to hygiene, control, and material requisition; * **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Sciences; * Experience in transfusion processes; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computerized systems; * Availability to work on a 12x36 shift schedule; * Residency in Campo Grande/MS. **Additional Information** * Benefits: Transportation allowance, Meal voucher, Medical assistance, and Dental assistance; * Internal commemorative campaigns.
