RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES * Assist the chef in preparing daily meals; * Cut and prepare salads; * Prepare desserts; * Retrieve food items from the cold room and freezer; * Restock the buffet; * Clean and organize the workplace and equipment; * Wash dishes; * Fulfill orders from the grill station; * Prepare snacks, special dishes, lunch boxes (marmita), and take-out lunch boxes (marmitex); * Bake savory pastries; * Perform cleaning of the production area according to cleaning and maintenance guidelines; * Prepare dough for breads and savory pastries, following established standards; * Organize raw material inventory; * Check product expiration dates before production; * Verify that all products and food items are properly labeled; * Produce fried and baked savory pastries, puff pastry items, and various fillings; * Manufacture fried, baked, puff pastry, pies, cakes, and sweets. * Fill out worksheets (buffet start and end times) and ingredient withdrawal lists. REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS Completed elementary education. High school completion is desirable; Prior experience in this field is a plus; Preferably reside in the neighborhoods of Moreninhas, Parque Novo Século, Los Angeles, Paulo Coelho Machado, Chácara das Mansões, or nearby areas; alternatively, possess a driver’s license (CNH) and personal vehicle.
