**Description and Responsibilities:**
**Working Hours:** 40 hours per week
**Level:** Operational
**Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT
* Support daily administrative operations within the tender department by organizing and controlling information and assisting with routine administrative tasks.
* Analyze tender notices and prepare all required documentation for tender participation.
* Monitor tender processes to ensure compliance with deadlines, requirements, and established schedules.
* Identify, analyze, and map opportunities on government procurement portals.
* Prepare technical, administrative, and commercial proposals for tender processes.
* Manage registration, qualification, and participation in major public procurement portals and electronic tendering systems.
* Monitor all phases of tender processes, from publication through to award.
* Draft clarification requests and formal communications related to tender proceedings.
* Maintain an updated and organized company documentation and certificate archive.
* Monitor contracts resulting from tenders and delivery deadlines for procured goods.
**Requirements:** **Required Education**
* Completed or ongoing bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Accounting, or related fields.
**Required Knowledge**
* Prior experience in public tenders (analysis of tender notices, proposal preparation, process monitoring).
* Familiarity with and operational proficiency in major government procurement portals and electronic tendering systems.
* Intermediate-level Excel skills (use of formulas and filters for tracking controls and monitoring spreadsheets).
* Document organization, deadline management, and schedule control.
* Strong written communication skills for drafting clarification requests and formal correspondence.
**Desirable Knowledge**
* Basic understanding of legislation governing tenders and administrative contracts (Public Procurement Law and related regulations).
* Experience in managing public contracts (monitoring validity periods, adjustments, and deliveries).
* Familiarity with internal commercial processes targeting the public sector.
* Basic knowledge of internal controls and compliance applied to government procurement processes.
