Conduct on-site technical visits to monitor service execution, quality, and safety, guiding teams and correcting deviations. Manage operational teams, supporting development processes, performance evaluations, workplace climate, and discipline. " Ensure proper use of PPE, tools, vehicles, and equipment by teams, safeguarding asset preservation and security. Previous experience as a Sector Coordinator, Area Manager, Team Leader, or Operations Supervisor may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
