Being a Quero\-Quero Store Manager is an opportunity for retail leaders with an entrepreneurial mindset who want to advance their careers within one of the largest companies in the Home and Construction sector in the country. What you will do? * Take charge of one of our branches; * Deliver and ensure excellent service and relationships with the community, our customers, and suppliers; * Contribute to team motivation and engagement by fostering a positive work environment aligned with company values; * Lead and train the team to achieve the company's expected results; * Monitor and manage branch performance; * Ensure execution of team activities and daily store routines. \_Who are we looking for? Retail team leaders from Eldorado \- MS and surrounding regions, with knowledge in construction materials and/or electronics, furniture, financial services, and who are available for travel and relocation. Minimum Education: High School (Secondary Education) Availability to travel Willingness to relocate
