




Job Summary: Responsible for managing and maintaining the decorated model unit center, ensuring excellence in customer service, organization, and support for brokers to deliver a unique client experience. Key Highlights: 1. Sales booth management and launch event organization. 2. Support for real estate agencies and brokers. 3. Ensuring client organization and reception at events. Responsible for customer service and maintenance of the decorated model unit center, maintaining order, functionality, and service and courtesy standards; managing the sales booth, organizing activities, coordinating launches, and supporting real estate agencies and brokers—aiming to provide our clients with comfort, quality, and high-standard service, delivering a unique and exclusive experience. * Responsible for opening and closing the sales booth; * Monitor and assist in organizing events held at the sales booth; * Support real estate development launches, ensuring client organization and reception; * Register sales booth visitors by: Date, time, real estate agency, development, location; * Ensure daily broker reports are received (customer service, appointments, contacts, sales, walk-ins); * Assign launch-related forms; * Receive clients and support real estate agencies and brokers generally; * Contact and follow up with suppliers and monitor required maintenance.
