Let us tell you what you will do!** * Monitor vehicle locations in real time via tracking systems, addressing bottlenecks to optimize productivity; * Monitor vehicle flow and identify potential issues or delays, addressing bottlenecks to optimize productivity; * Track performance indicators and provide operational actions to ensure production targets are met; * Update and disseminate the transportation company's KPIs; * Monitor and support monitoring assistants in their daily activities; * Communicate\-with drivers, partners, and other stakeholders involved in operations, providing information, actions, and instructions; * Address and resolve issues arising during operations, such as unforeseen events, maintenance, driver assistance, or risks to driver or third-party safety; * Contribute to continuous improvement of area processes. * Monitor adherence to drivers' working hours, ensuring compliance with labor law. * Monitor and optimize the trip cycle of owned trucks by adjusting unloading sequence in the queue, thereby maximizing fleet productivity and effective use of drivers' working hours. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Interested?
