




Job Summary: Analyst responsible for managing contractor service purchasing processes for Plaenge group projects, ensuring compliance with annual plans. Key Highlights: 1. Manage and update contractor registration and pricing data. 2. Monitor financial health of contractors and project scheduling. 3. Ensure contract compliance and support management decisions. Tasks: 1\- Register contractors and keep their data updated at all times; 2\- Prepare and maintain an updated price spreadsheet for contractor services, periodically informing the procurement manager and engineering manager; 3\- Monitor contractors' financial health based on analysis of their negative debt certificates, and inform site coordinators and engineering manager; 4\- Develop, using MS Project software, the scheduling plan for contractor services aligned with the physical construction schedule defined by site coordinators and engineering managers; 5\- Arrange contracts with contractors prior to service commencement, in accordance with the standard template of the Annual Contractor Plan, respecting each project's commercial, legal, and scope-specific requirements; 6\- Monitor contracting needs per the Annual Contractor Plan, track progress and closure of already-signed contracts, and report any pending items to site coordinators, engineering manager, and procurement manager; 7\- Analyze financial volumes of contracts per service provider, monitor retention amounts and requests for payment advances, based on the Annual Contractor Plan; 8\- Support management with all necessary information and data for decision-making; **Responsibilities and Duties** Analyze and maintain the procurement process for contractor services for Plaenge group construction projects, in accordance with the Annual Contractor Plan. **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree completed in Architecture or Civil Engineering. **Additional Information** Since 1970, when a young engineer decided to found Plaenge, our purpose has always been clear: **to be a solid, ethical company with real impact on people's lives.** More than 55 years later, we are proud of what we have built: projects transforming cities, relationships founded on respect and trust, and a team growing alongside our history.
