Responsibility for strategic purchasing and store management Responsible for leading the team and managing the produce department operations at Casa Dourados. Primary objective is to ensure product quality, freshness, correct display, and sales maximization while minimizing losses. Responsible for purchasing activities and opening/closing the store as defined by the Store Manager, and occasionally leading other departments. Requirements: Team management, processes, and procedures within the department and related areas Inventory and shrinkage management Product display and layout Quality and freshness Customer service Sales targets Conduct strategic purchasing considering seasonal trends, time of year, and ABC analysis. Safety and Hygiene: Monitor department sanitation and team use of PPE.
