Job Summary: The professional will perform preventive and corrective maintenance, comply with audit standards, and ensure satisfaction of both internal and external customers. Key Highlights: 1. Respond to requests from apartments and departments Job Description: * Complete daily shift routine checklists; * Follow standards and procedures to meet requirements of internal and external audits; * Carry out civil construction activities (corrective or preventive), as per company procedures; * Perform painting services (corrective or preventive), following established standards; * Keep maintenance areas clean and organized; * Monitor energy, water, gas, and other utility consumption, analyzing daily reports to identify faults and reduce costs; * Accurately complete daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance reports for managerial follow-up; * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery, equipment, tools, and facilities (mechanical, hydraulic, gas-related, civil, etc.); * Turn on and off the condominium lighting; * Respond to requests from apartments and departments, seeking solutions to ensure satisfaction of both internal and external customers; * Use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to prevent accidents and ensure safety; * Mandatory participation in standard operating procedure training sessions for the area of responsibility, delivered via EAD (distance learning), in person, or as directed by management.
