Implement actions to reduce losses and damages We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to lead warehouse and dispatch operations, ensuring organization, control, and efficiency in the store's logistical processes. **Main Responsibilities:** * Lead and organize inventory and goods dispatch; * Assign tasks among the team according to roles, ensuring smooth departmental operations; * Monitor inventory levels and inform management about excess stock, expired, damaged, or other irregular items; * Ensure inventory organization and accuracy; * Guarantee compliance with goods receiving and dispatch procedures; * Organize inventory by product category/family; * Lead, train, and supervise the team of verifiers and warehouse staff; * Plan and implement actions to reduce losses and damages; * Interface with transportation companies and resolve discrepancies during goods receipt; * Monitor inter-unit transfers; * Facilitate returns of damaged products; * Maintain organization and cleanliness of the yard and warehouse area; * Ensure proper use of PPE, uniforms, and ID badges by the team; * Monitor products nearing or past their expiration date; * Supervise customer service during goods pickup and delivery; * Ensure efficient store replenishment. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields is preferred; * Prior experience in inventory, warehouse, or storeroom management; * Experience leading teams; * Knowledge of goods receiving, verification, storage, and dispatch processes; * Basic understanding of inventory control (audits, losses, product shelf life); * Basic computer skills (spreadsheets and management systems).
