Job Summary: We are seeking a responsible Helper to assist with loading, unloading, and organizing goods at the Distribution Center (DC), ensuring logistical efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. Assist in pickups and deliveries, loading and unloading cargo. 2. Support the organization of goods and maintain clean work environments. 3. Be part of a team committed to excellence. We are looking for a responsible Helper to handle loading and unloading of goods onto and from trucks, as well as organizing goods within the DC. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist drivers in pickups and deliveries, supporting loading, unloading, and cargo organization. * Label goods during pickups conducted directly at customer locations. * Perform loading and unloading of goods onto and from trucks, including cross-docking operations. * Handle internally dispatched goods, delivering them to responsible personnel and recording system updates. * Receive mailbags from units, forward them to the Finance Department, and register them in the system. * Support the organization of goods across DC areas and maintain clean, orderly storage areas and truck bodies. * Comply with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety regulations; use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) correctly; safeguard company assets; and collaborate with colleagues. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Academic Background** * Completed Elementary School. **Specific Knowledge** * Goods Handling and Storage – Basic * Technology Knowledge – Mobile Phone – Basic **Additional Information** **Benefits:** Meal Allowance; Meal Voucher; Transportation Voucher; Food Basket; Health Insurance; Career and Salary Plan; Profit-Sharing Program (PPR); Partnership with SEST/SENAT; "Love Package"; Day Off **Since 1989, we have delivered trust, quality, and speed across Brazil.** **At Carvalima**, we are driven by our passion for connecting people, companies, and results.
