Career Opportunity: Forklift Mechanic Position available for persons with disabilities (PCD) **Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:** * Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery and forklifts, both at the workshop premises and during external customer site visits. * Conducting technical diagnosis of mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and electronic failures using appropriate tools and equipment. * Dismantling, repairing, and reassembling components; replacing parts; and performing necessary adjustments per manufacturer specifications. * Completing service orders, technical reports, and service checklists, accurately recording labor hours, parts used, and detailed descriptions of performed services. * Performing commissioning and technical delivery of new or refurbished equipment. * Providing technical support to customers, advising them on correct usage and preventive maintenance of equipment. * Ensuring proper use of tools, company vehicle (where applicable), and diagnostic equipment, while complying with occupational safety standards. **What we are looking for:** * Technical knowledge in diesel mechanics, hydraulic systems, and electrical systems. * Basic understanding of embedded electronics and ability to read technical schematics. * Field-based diagnostic and problem-solving capability. * Strong communication skills and professional demeanor for customer interaction. * Organizational and disciplined approach to completing technical reports. * Proactivity and operational autonomy. * Willingness to travel and perform external service calls. * Valid driver's license (Category B or higher). **Here’s what we offer:** * CLT employment contract (formal labor registration) * Working hours from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with possible weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday) * Health insurance plan * Dental insurance plan * Meal allowance or food voucher: R$ 25.64 per worked day — with R$ 1 payroll deduction * Life insurance: So you can live peacefully, knowing we’re here to support you * Pharmacy assistance: If your shelf is running low on medication, we’ll help ensure your health stays on track — because no one should go without essential medicine, right? * Wellhub (formerly Gympass): We understand health is fundamental, which is why we offer Gympass. *So, does this resonate with you?* Minimum Education Requirement: Technical Course * E-learning platform * Dental insurance plan * Health insurance plan * Meal voucher * Life insurance * Transportation voucher * Gympass * Food allowance * Pharmacy assistance
