We are seeking a **Logistics Assistant** to support transportation operations, ensuring control, efficiency, and timely delivery. **YOUR DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES** * Schedule truck routes; * Maintain contact with suppliers and logistics partners; * Schedule and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance for trailers and trucks; * Process purchase orders and logistics-related electronic invoices (NF-e); * Schedule and monitor equipment maintenance and installation at client sites; * Control and organize cargo documentation (CT-e, NF-e, service orders, checklists); * Monitor pickups, deliveries, and returns, ensuring timely execution; * Support logistics cost control, KPIs, and basic reporting; * Interface with internal departments (procurement, finance, production, and sales). **WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR** * Completed high school education (a bachelor’s or technical degree in Logistics is a plus); * Prior experience in logistics, transportation, or fleet operations; * Basic knowledge of fiscal and transportation documentation; * Proficiency with systems, spreadsheets, and operational controls; * Strong communication skills for interacting with suppliers and clients; * Organizational skills, sense of urgency, and attention to detail.
