The professional will be responsible for attending to and releasing vehicles at toll plazas, collecting toll fees, completing incident reports, and supporting various operations.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
Release and attend to vehicles in manual, automatic, self-service, and auxiliary lanes, as well as exceptional cargo vehicles and vehicles without any payment method.
Ensure availability of necessary resources provided at toll plazas for manual toll fee collection at the start of each shift.
Identify, classify, and collect toll fees according to vehicle classes and payment methods (cash, credit/debit cards, checks, toll vouchers, and other implemented methods).
Issue the corresponding receipt for the collected toll amount, distribute brochures according to the distribution schedule sent to each plaza, and participate in coin collection.
Complete the toll incident report and inform the immediate supervisor of incidents occurring in the operator’s booth; also record and track vehicle violations in the Revenue Collection System.
Conduct user surveys according to company-defined schedules and topics.
Sell coupons in toll payment waiting lines (e.g., “papafila”, mobile collection).
In cases of accidents or vehicle breakdowns, signal the location and contact the toll plaza control center.
Assist in coin counting, operate the toll plaza control system, handle change purchases/sales at the beginning and end of shifts, and prepare necessary resources for subsequent shifts’ revenue collection.
Represent the Leader under the Development Program.
Promote electronic tolling by participating in initiatives and recommending TAGs from partner operators.
Perform activities in accordance with Motiva’s Golden Rules to prevent unsafe behaviors and contribute to comprehensive prevention and monitoring of daily work routines.
Contribute to proper waste management at the workplace, based on awareness of environmental aspects and impacts related to one’s activities and in compliance with unit-established standards.
