Strategic involvement in infrastructure and operations **Job Description** We are looking for an Asset Analyst to oversee and control the company's assets, ensuring organization, preservation, and efficient utilization of physical and operational resources. This professional will work collaboratively across administrative and logistics departments, contributing to the smooth functioning of infrastructure and operations. **Main Responsibilities** * Manage and control the company's physical assets (movable property, equipment, and peripherals); * Monitor and coordinate building maintenance activities to ensure facility preservation and functionality; * Manage the vehicle fleet, including fuel control, preventive and corrective maintenance, insurance, and tracking; * Support operational logistics, including coordination and monitoring of trucks and drivers; * Control and verify transportation-related documentation, such as MDF\-e and CT\-e; * Develop and monitor operational checklists for vehicles and facilities; * Monitor and control expenses related to the fleet and building infrastructure; * Support administrative process organization and internal controls within the department. **Requirements** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Accounting, or related fields; * Prior experience in asset control, fleet management, or similar administrative functions; * Basic knowledge of transportation routines and documentation (MDF\-e and CT\-e); * Proficiency with control tools (Excel or management systems); * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. **Behavioral Competencies** * Organization and discipline in process management; * Proactivity and sense of responsibility; * Problem-solving ability; * Effective communication and interpersonal skills; * Analytical mindset and focus on cost control; * Adaptability and ability to handle multiple demands. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in fleet management and operational logistics; * Knowledge of vehicle tracking and telematics systems; * Experience in building maintenance and vendor management; * Experience in budgetary control for fleet and infrastructure; * Intermediate or advanced Excel proficiency; * Familiarity with ERP systems; * Experience issuing and verifying MDF\-e and CT\-e; * Driver's license category B or higher; * Orientation toward continuous improvement and process optimization.
