You will be directly responsible for managing the company's delinquency, conducting negotiations, monitoring agreements, and contributing to the financial health of operations. Responsibilities and Duties * Conduct proactive collections via phone, WhatsApp, and email; * Negotiate payment plans and debt installments; * Monitor delinquent customers and follow up on collection activities; * Issue bank slips (boletos), payment links, and financial documents; * Record negotiations and interactions in the ERP system; * Monitor agreed-upon terms and payment deadlines; * Update financial indicators and reports; * Support contract management and verification; * Suggest improvements to collection and credit recovery processes; Requirements and Qualifications * Currently pursuing or completed degree in Administration, Finance, or Accounting; * Prior experience in finance or similar roles; * Proficiency with spreadsheet tools such as Excel; * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; * Effective communication and teamwork abilities; Desirable Requirements * Experience in educational collections or recurring service billing * Familiarity with platforms such as ASAAS, Hotmart, and similar systems * Basic knowledge of protest procedures and credit recovery Salary Range To be determined Employment Type CLT Benefits **Working Hours** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a 2-hour lunch break (12:00 PM–2:00 PM) **Meal/Voucher Allowance** R$ 1\.205,00 monthly on the Ifood Benefits card (Elo brand), comprising R$ 955,00 for meal/food allowance \+ R$ 250,00 flexible amount for personal use **Health Insurance – Unimed Campo Grande** AVA covers 100% of the employee’s monthly premium.
