




Job Summary: Energisa Group is seeking an Occupational Safety Technician to inspect, guide, and train employees on safety matters, prevent accidents, and promote health in the workplace. Everyone is truly welcome here! **Want to be part of this story?** Check whether this opportunity matches your profile and join us in this selection journey! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conduct field inspections and advise employees on occupational hazards in their work environments, as well as guide them on risk mitigation and elimination measures; * Deliver occupational safety training to raise participants’ awareness of preventive and corrective measures; * Inspect personal and collective protective equipment for quality and effectiveness of purchased products; * Collect information regarding accidents/victims for analysis and report preparation; * Monitor and inspect fire protection equipment; * Participate in accident prevention meetings (CIPA, accident victims with Management, CIPA Presidents with DADM, among others); * Implement occupational accident, occupational disease, and work-related illness prevention programs and campaigns involving workers, monitoring and evaluating their outcomes, continuously suggesting updates, and establishing procedures to be followed; * Gather and analyze occupational accident statistical data, calculate frequency and severity rates to adjust preventive actions enabling both collective and individual protection. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed technical education in Occupational Safety; * Driver’s license category B; * Ministry of Labor (MTE) certification; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Experience in occupational safety. **Additional Information** People are our greatest ENERGY.
