Job Summary: A professional responsible for ensuring compliance with standards and regulations, managing documentation, and overseeing quality and process management to drive continuous improvement. Ensure that established standards, processes, and procedures are followed by all teams and individuals involved in the organization's activity cycle; monitor corrective actions and communicate them—and their outcomes—appropriately across the organization; maintain company documents in their most up-to-date versions; keep the company updated with national and international regulatory bodies. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Safeguard and maintain all licensing-related documentation for agencies such as SEMA, ANVISA, ANP, MAPA, Fire Department, ANAEEL, ISO, FDA, Ministry of Labor (NRs), Federal Police, and other governmental or non-governmental entities; * Actively support the company in obtaining licenses and maintaining their validity; * Keep the company informed about legislative changes issued by regulatory agencies; * Keep the company updated regarding revisions of regulatory standards specified in customer contracts, such as ABNT NBRs, ASTM, ISO, DIN, OIML, EN, IRAM, MERCOSUR, UNE EN, among others. * Conduct critical analysis of monthly performance indicators; * Perform internal audits across product development lifecycle processes and other operational processes; * Generate reports on conducted internal audits; * Organize and contribute to monitoring meetings for the group’s bidding processes. * Develop cost rationalization and reduction plans; * Develop investment plans and budget forecasts for the Integrated Management System department; * Lead work teams in conducting internal audits; * Promote team development through courses and training programs; * Deliver internal auditor training and similar capacity-building courses; * Ensure and promote compliance with environmental protection measures and occupational health and safety standards through guidance to teams; * Support maintenance, process engineering, administrative, tax, and logistics departments. * Prepare reports and submissions for legal authorities such as ANP, SEMA, ANAEEL, Federal Police, Fire Department, and others. * Ensure adherence to work instructions, machine and equipment procedures, and organizational safety procedures. * Compile and format work instructions, machine and equipment procedures, and organizational safety procedures to ensure standardization. * Safeguard company assets. * Prepare incident reports related to production processes and submit findings to Industrial and Administrative Management. * Manage conflict situations. * Represent the company or department when formally designated. * Monitor execution and development of work procedures; * Promote maintenance and preservation of sector machinery and equipment. * Maintain bilateral communication with supervisors and managers to keep the entire team informed about progress, the organization’s strategic planning, and potential process deviations. * Conduct weekly reviews of input and maintenance part expenditures within the department; * Develop action plans to address potential occupational safety and operational issues within the department; * Identify new suppliers and consulting firms possessing technical capability and infrastructure to meet company needs within the stipulated cost margin. * Review service provision contracts. * Monitor and ensure quality of outsourced services. * Maintain workplace organization, hygiene, and cleanliness to foster a conducive working environment. * Monitor quality of primary and secondary products. * Analyze and respond to customer service complaints **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed undergraduate degree; Experience in industrial quality is desirable. **Additional Information** Benefits: Meal allowance; Health plan (Unimed); Dental plan; Transportation allowance; Profit-sharing program (PPR); Wellhub, Edupass, Orienteme.
